He currently serves as the CEO of the award winning organization, Grayscale Marketing, a full service marketing agency focused on strategic partnerships and digital marketing services. He’s President of Grayscale Entertainment, an artist management firm, and host and producer of this web series and podcast.
Gray’s agency has worked alongside organizations and events such as Virgin, Hangout Music Festival, Rolls Royce, Pilgrimage Music Festival, Anheuser Busch, Panorama NYC Music Festival, Maui Jim, Sony, Tito's Vodka, Cessna, Michaels, the Minor League Baseball Association, Jim Beam, Sixthman's Music Festival Cruises and many more brands, events, and artist.

Tim Gray is a two time Nashville Emerging Leader Award finalist and winner, 40 Under 40 nominee, holds Board Of Director positions for two Nashville based organizations, 501 C3 The Musicpreneur Storehouse and the Alumni Advisory Council (AAC) for MTSU College of Media and Entertainment. He’s held board positions with SOLID (Society Of Leaders In Development) and Music Makes Us and is currently an member of The Troubadour Society, Nashville Chamber of Commerce, The Americana Association, The Other Nashville Society, The Recording Academy and the Country Music Association.
Gray has been featured in Inc., Forbes, Huffington Post, Nashville Business Journal, and Billboard over his 14 year career and has extensive experience in marketing, ticketing, concert promotion, booking, management, and strategic partnerships.
